Trunki: our favorite luggage for little travelers (#giveaway)

What better activity is there on a cold and windy winter Friday than to daydream about past vacations to warm and sunny destinations? The Trunki is Melissa and Doug's ride-on luggage for little kids. We have had one for several years. Amelia has outgrown the ride-on part, but we just dug it out of the closet to hand down to Andrew. The Trunki ride-on luggage is built out of sturdy plastic and ours looks brand new, even after many travels with a toddler. Even though Andrew cannot ride on it just yet, the small size of the Trunki is convenient for hauling small clothes, toys and books, or various baby items. And the wheels and strap make it easy for Amelia to roll through an airport or hotel hallway when we need an extra hand. Plus, it is colorful and cute!

Word of Coca-Cola in #Atlanta: enjoy a family outing!

I took the kids solo to The World of Coca-Cola today for a blogger summer preview event. It was a blast! Amelia and I enjoyed following along with the new World of Coca-Cola iOS app, which pops up fun and shareable facts throughout the attraction. The new Happiness film is outstanding - featuring true happy moments that are guaranteed to make your eyes fill with a few with joyful tears. And of course, we felt the excitement  of The Vault and tasted several Coca-Cola products from around the world. Some were too sweet, some were too bitter, and some were just right. I made to sure to save my favorite, Cherry Coke for last!

Playing in the dirt - and getting clean again with @Dial

Is the weather getting warmer where you live? We just enjoyed a gorgeous weekend in Atlanta. Finally, we had a morning soccer game that was not freezing and windy. Plus we were able to really enjoy several hours of afternoon playtime in the yard. It felt amazing after a very strange winter!

When kids play outside, they get messy. My child seems to gravitate towards dirt. She is a girly girl sometimes, but she will dig in the dirt as well as any boy in the land. Soccer field dust, Bermuda grass, and dirt digging all create some messy little hands!

Luckily, I was recently sent two samples of Dial Deep Cleansing Hand Soap to review. My messy little lady helped me to test out this new line of family liquid hand soaps. If anyone in this house needs really DEEP cleansing after a day outdoors, it is that girl. My dirt lover.
