Who doesn't love the spa? One of my favorite all-time "me" treats is a spa treatment at Spa Sydell, one of Georgia's most premiere day spas. Spa Sydell focuses on whole-body health and fitness, and has become an ultimate destination for reflexology, skin care, and massage therapy in Atlanta.

I tried one each of the body wash, scrub, and lotion. The products are high quality and long-lasting with just the right amount of soft spa scent. I personally love body scrubs, and I find that many of them quickly melt in the shower. The Lavender jojoba Flo scrub stayed "scrubby" on my skin as I rubbed my arms, belly and legs, washing off only when I chose to finally rinse. My skin was amazingly soft.
