Disney on Ice: Worlds of Fantasy

So we added another Disney on Ice show to our checklist! Amelia and I took some fun friends to the Disney on Ice presents Worlds Of Fantasy show this morning, at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Over the past two years, we have enjoyed Disney on Ice presents Rockin' Ever After and Disney on Ice presents Dare to Dream at Phillips Arena in downtown Atlanta.

The Gwinnett Center arena was nice, although a bit of a long drive for us. But it seemed mediumer than Phillips, and all the seats were good. Disney on Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy features Mickey and Minne, the cast of Cars, the Disney Fairies, The Little Mermaid, and Toy Story 3.

  • The Toy Story character costumes were amazing! Hamm, the piggy bank, was my favorite.
  • The Cars cast was really fun, but I wish they were on the ice a bit longer. So cute.
  • The Little Mermaid was one we had already seen in a prior show, but I still enjoyed the colors and some of my very favorite Disney movie songs.
But Tinkerbell? Ooh, that was my favorite so far! Beautiful costumes, a glittering fairy queen, and oh-so-naughty sprinting thistles made us smile. Amelia came home from the show and played fairies.

This show is ending this weekend in metro Atlanta, but be sure to visit Disney on Ice for more information via the website: www.disneyonice.com, by "liking" Disney on Ice via Facebook, or following Disney on Ice via Twitter

If you haven't been to one of these magical entertaining events, definitely make plans to go soon. They are always a lot of fun!
