Disney Update: We're going!!!

Today's Disney update is a personal one -- we are going back to the Magic Kingdom!

At the end of December 2011, we stopped at the Wilderness Lodge and had dinner with Cinderella and Prince Charming at the Grand Floridian.

 Ten months prior, we took an almost-three-year-old Amelia to the Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom.

We love the magic and wonder of Disney so much, we decided to go again!

Orlando is a perfect stopping point for us during our long driving trip to visit my in-laws in South Florida. We make a point to at least have dinner at a Disney resort and ride the monorail each year. This year, we were lucky enough to snag one of the brand new (and currently sold out) Little Mermaid rooms at the Art of Animation resort.

And since new Fantasyland officially opens several attractions on December 6th this year, we could not pass up a special holiday treat: a day at the most magical place on earth! I am giddy like a little girl.

The trip will be a surprise to Amelia. We are not sure when we will tell her, or how. Any creative suggestions are welcome!
