In my purse...

I have always been a small purse kind of girl. The inner depths of my handbags have never been very exciting, nor have they ever had much of a story to tell. Wallet, phone, keys... good to go.

I still prefer a smaller bag size, but I have noticed a change in the items tagging along with me at any given moment. Motherhood has changed me as a person, and now it has changed the contents of my purse!

In my purse right now:

• Wallet
• Phone
• Small pouch with powder, lipstick, lip gloss
• One safety pin
• One ball point pen
• One child's hair tie
• One Clinque foldable hairbrush
• Manicure set (comes in handy for more than just fingernails!)
• 3-pack of child lip balm (strawberry, berry, frosty delight)
• Business card case, work on one side, blog on the other
• A magnetic clip (I don't know why)
• Stick of kid's facial sunscreen
• Headache soother (lavender/peppermint balm and oh-so-effective)
• Two Band-Aids, Hello Kitty
• One red & yellow bouncy ball
• One Tide-To-Go pen (these things are miraculous!)
• One mini hand sanitizer, raspberry
• Four crayons from a restaurant

I am shocked at how many items I actually have in there! And I kind of love that most of them scream "mom". Yep... that's me!
